The process of opening a live account with ICM Capital is a simple and easy 3-steps process. For more details, please check Account Opening section.

How long does it take to open a live account with ICM Capital?

Once the online account application and the required supporting documents are submitted, it takes our dedicated account-opening team few minutes to few hours to process your application and activate your account, given that all required information and documentation are provided correctly.

 

What are the required supporting documents when opening a live account?

- Proof of Identity: a valid government-issued Proof of Identity.
- Proof of Address: a recent proof of home address.

What documents are accepted as Proof of Identity?

Proof of Identity should be a valid government-issued Proof of Identity, example Passport, National ID, Card, Driving License, or any other valid government-issued document showing Full Name, Date of Birth, Photograph, and Validity Status (Date of Expiry and/or Date Issuance + Validity Period).

What documents are accepted as Proof of Address?

Proof of Address should be a recent proof of home address; example Bank Statement, Utility Bills, Phone Bills, or any other recent official document showing Full Name, Home Address, and Date of Issuance must not be more than 3 months old.

How can I send my documents to ICM Capital?

After completing the online application form and before submitting, you can upload your supporting documents. Alternatively you can send the documents to support@icmcapital.mu

Should my supporting documents be in English?

ICM Capital’s multinational team members are able to translate documents from most languages. In case a translator for your language is not available you may be asked to provide translated copy.

When can I start trading?

After your account application and supporting documents have been reviewed and approved by our relevant departments, you may fund your account and start trading.

How can I close my trading account?

You can request to close your trading account by contacting ICM’s support team via email, chat or telephone to instruct us to close your account. Please refer to the Terms and conditions clause 16.2.  

B- Deposits and Withdrawals

How can I deposit funds in my trading account?

ICM Capital offers a wide range of fast and easy deposit methods. Please log in to your “ICM Access” account and click on "Deposit", then select the most convenient and efficient method for you to deposit funds into your account. Can I deposit funds in my account using a different method other than the methods on your website?

Although, our funding methods have been selected to cover a wide range of fast, easy and reliable methods, however, feel free to inform us about your preferred method by contact our customer support department at support@icmcapital.mu or call us on +44 207 634 9779.

Do you accept third party deposits?

We are unable to accept payments from third party as this violates our Anti-Money Laundering policies. Any third party deposits will be rejected and returned to the original source.

Do you accept cash deposits?

Due to money laundering regulations, we cannot accept cash deposits.

How long will it take for the funds to be deposited in my trading account?

Funds will be deposited in your trading account within 1 business day after the funds hit ICM Capital’s account.

What are the charges of international bank transfers?

Some international bank transfers will incur a fee charged by your bank or ours. Any charges will deducted of the amount that you transfer and therefore we will only credit your account with the funds that we receive. We cannot be held accountable for any bank charges.

What are the charges of credit card deposits?

ICM Capital bares all costs for clients who deposit via credit card.

How can I withdraw funds from my trading account with ICM Capital?

The withdrawal process is very easy; you may request to withdraw funds online through “ICM Access”.

How long does the withdrawal take?

Withdrawal requests are processed on your trading account within 24 working hours from the receipt of the request; however the receipt of the actual funds may vary depending on the withdrawal method.

Can I withdraw more than I deposited via credit/debit card?

Credit/Debit card withdrawal amounts are limited to the amount originally deposited using that card(s).
