London, Inggris \u2013 Senin, 12 September 2022<\/strong> \u2013 ICM.com<\/a>, penyedia layanan perdagangan dan keuangan online terkemuka, hari ini mengumumkan pembukaan langganan saham di operator gerbang tol Dubai – Salik IPO, melalui platform ICM Securities-nya.<\/p>\n

Salik Company, PJSC, operator gerbang tol eksklusif Dubai, mengumumkan pada hari Senin niatnya untuk melanjutkan penawaran umum perdana dan mendaftarkan sahamnya untuk diperdagangkan di Pasar Keuangan Dubai (\u201cDFM\u201d). Perusahaan berencana untuk menawarkan 1,5 miliar saham, atau 20% dari nilai perusahaan, sementara pemerintah Dubai tetap menjadi pemegang saham terbesarnya, dengan 80% sahamnya setelah IPO. Dividen setengah tahunan juga diumumkan, yang akan dibayarkan pada bulan April dan Oktober setiap tahun fiskal. <\/p>\n

ICM.com bangga menjadi salah satu dari sedikit institusi yang akan menerima langganan klien ritel mulai 13 September 2022, hingga 20 September 2022.
