Los cl\u00fasteres empresariales albergan oficinas, espacios de coworking y almacenes que se alquilan a m\u00e1s de 6000 empresas, desde startups hasta corporaciones internacionales. Los cl\u00fasteres tambi\u00e9n proporcionan instalaciones espec\u00edficas de la industria, incluidos laboratorios, estudios de producci\u00f3n de medios y campus de educaci\u00f3n superior.  <\/p>\n<p>La compa\u00f1\u00eda se encuentra actualmente en fase de salida a bolsa, con suscripciones que se abrir\u00e1n el 16 de junio y se cerrar\u00e1n el 23. Tecom planea vender el 12,5 por ciento de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en 625 millones de acciones con el precio anunciado el 16 de junio. Suscribirse a la oferta p\u00fablica inicial de Tecom no significa que tenga que comprar acciones una vez que se publique el precio. Como plataforma de negociaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea, ICM ofrece un proceso fluido sin requisitos m\u00ednimos y sin necesidad de n\u00famero de inversor.   <\/p>\n<p>El grupo Tecom fue fundado en 2005 y es una subsidiaria de Dubai Holdings, propiedad del gobierno de Dubai. Los edificios ofrecen una amplia gama de instalaciones de alta calidad y est\u00e1n ubicados en gran medida en zonas privilegiadas de Dub\u00e1i.
